EASA has published the guideline for the MOE manual of the CAOs subject to EASA direct approval.
COLOGNE, March 13, 2020 – The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has issued a safety directive to reduce the risk of spread of the novel coronavirus through flights to and from high risk areas. This is the first EU-wide operational measure to control the spread of COVID-19 in Europe.
